Strength and conditioning is an integral piece of any elite soccer organization. Overtake builds their strength and conditioning programs to mimic game actions and improve motor control. Athletes will undergo training that targets strength, agility, endurance, and mobility, all crucial for fulfilling the demands of competitive soccer.
Overtake seeks to empower female soccer players by improving their physical and mental attributes, enabling them to excel on the field. Through immersive training, participants will leave better prepared for the challenges of competitive play.

Members have access to Overtake strength and conditioning programs that have proven results of increased performance. Athletes will track daily habits and compete on leaderboards.

Overtake camps and clinics are aimed to teach athletes how to improve their match performance. Athletes will perform strength and conditioning sessions and train moment actions.
